PLANNING
Eden & Associates, P.C. provides planning services for both site development and facilities. Our planning approach is based on providing well-conceived, economical, workable solutions. Eden & Associates, P.C. assists clients in preparing master plans to guide the development of facilities. Our services include the development of long-term plans for basic services, such as utilities or the selection and evaluation of new sites, to the preparation of layout plans for specific facilities and the definition of capital improvement programs. Eden & Associates, P.C.'s approach to master planning recognizes that plans must reflect the unique circumstances and concerns of the client and the community it serves while achieving a balance among economical, environmental, and socio-political demands. We address facility, environmental, financial, and management implications in an integrated, thoughtful manner in order to arrive at plans that are innovative, technically sound, and financially feasible.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Eden & Associates, P.C. provides in-house capabilities to manage environmental investigations, site assessments, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and other environmental tasks. We have experience with storm water pollution prevention plans, and all aspects of environmental work associated with land acquisition. Clark Eden first obtained EPA certification in asbestos related matters in 1985. Long experience with environmental matters strengthens our ability to provide services.
DESIGN
At Eden & Associates, P.C., our projects involve all aspects of design from site selection to the completed facility. Large-scale capital improvement projects, particularly those for phased development programs, must reflect a comprehensive analysis of feasible alternatives. The designs must address the client's immediate facility needs, as well as future requirements and expansion opportunities. In many cases, the improvements must be provided while the facility continues its normal operation. The design process must allow the client to operate with as little impact as possible on associated industrial operations. Our project approach provides professional services to the client for project formulation, financial and facility planning, facility design, preparation of contract documents, bid and award phase, construction management throughout the construction phase, and project closeout.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
It is the philosophy of Eden & Associates, P.C. that construction management services are equally as important as that of the planning and design phases. This enables us to offer our clients a full service product from concept through construction. The training program for our design personnel requires them to perform as a resident engineer on a complete construction project prior to moving into a senior design position. It is our belief that those who are most familiar with its concept and design best oversee the project. To accomplish the objective during the construction phase, the design engineers continue to monitor the construction operations and are a part of the construction management team. Our approach is to utilize field inspectors who meet the education, training, and experience goals required.
COST ESTIMATION SERVICES
With ten years of experience as a designer responsible for a large general contractor's design-build programs, Clark Eden has great insight into construction costs. In addition to directing the design effort, he prepared all cost estimates for company operations. Close contact with area suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors is utilized when preparing cost estimates for your project. This experience and capability is an advantage few design firms bring to the table. Clark Eden has been responsible for creating designs that give cost-effective solutions in a competitive environment. Purchasing for these designs and monitoring field performance add to knowledge of area construction industry capabilities and local soil conditions.

Eden & Associates, P.C. has architectural capabilities enabling us to offer our clients a full service product from concept to construction. Our projects range from master plans to site development to design of retail, commercial, and industrial facilities. Client needs are our first priority; we begin with a conceptual design to meet all of the client's requirements, along with estimating project cost within the scope set forth by the client.
PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Important to any development effort is the marketing of new facilities. Eden & Associates, P.C. moves through the planning process with an eye toward preparing effective marketing materials for the client's use.
